Meet the MAS Directors

  • Kevin is one of the co-founders of MAS and the leading force behind the brand. He graduated from UC Santat Barbara and soon after attained his MBA from the Drucker School of Management. He started off his career with Gallo Wines and quickly transitioned to work in medical sales with esteemed companies like DeRoyal, Olympus, Cutera, BTL Aesthetics, and BENEV. Kevin started his own laser rentals and sales company, Monarch  Laser Services in 2012 and since then has launched a multitude of aesthetic devices and treatments into the U.S. market.

  • Russ Wright is one of the co-founders of MAS. Wright graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and immediately started working in the aesthetic space in sales. He has confidently led a strong sales team in the South for many different device manufacturers for over 18 years! His reputation precedes himself as he has provided unparalleled support to his customers for many years and led them to immense success.

  • Cheryl Small is one of the co-founders of MAS. Small graduated from the University of Illinois in 1987 and was fortunate to immediately start her medical device career with the Davis & Geck suture company. Throughout her successful career, she has worked for aesthetic manufacturers like Lumenis, Cutera, Thermi, LifeCell & Alloderm Regenerative, Syneron Candela, and BTL. She then founded her own business in medical aesthetic sales in 2021 after 34 years in the industry representing BENEV and  Monarch Aesthetic Services.

  • Ted Reffkin is one of the co-founders of MAS. Reffkin graduated from DePauw University and worked forConvatec, Integra Life Sciences, and Cutera doing Sales and Management for over 10 years. He then founded his own business in medical aesthetic sales and representative companies such as NuMed Aesthetics and Monarch Laser Services before co-founding MAS.

  • Ben Conn is one of the co-founders of MAS. Conn graduated from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI, and worked for Medline Industries, going in and out of nursing homes to train on wound care and healing the body both inside and out for over 7 years. He then founded his own business in medical aesthetic sales and representative companies such as BENEV and DEKA.

  • Shannon Connolley has an aesthetics career that spans nearly two decades.  Since starting in the industry 19 years ago, she has cultivated a passion for aesthetics inside and outside of the room. Her experience extends across various facets of the industry as she has worked as the Lead Esthetician at the prestigious Marriott Laguna Cliffs, as well as Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager at Colorescience before joining MAS. Her commitment to client satisfaction and dedication to aesthetics has made her a sought-after expert in the field. 

  • With over three decades in healthcare leadership, Andrea has consistently propelled organizations to industry-leading positions. His executive tenure spans prominent roles across several top brands in the aesthetic space, where he navigated complex domestic and international markets and drove substantial growth. Andrea’s expertise includes co-founding start-ups, brand creation and elevation,  pioneering strategic and tactical plans to launch and establish medical devices and companies in the market, leading teams, and leveraging technological innovation to achieve market dominance. In his spare time he loves traveling, music, and swimming.

  • Sean Goodrich is one of the co-founders of MAS.  He graduated from the University of Arizona and worked for Cutera, Lumenis, Merz, and Solta. He held various positions from Area Sales Manager to Executive Vice President of sales over the last 20 years. He then founded his own business in medical aesthetic sales and represented companies such as DEKA, Benev, and LASEROPTEK.
